just cos.
anyhoo, finally finally recovered (i think, i HOPE!) from a nasty bout of flu. what with the activity last weekend (TDA was a lot of fun!) and me running all hyper from it, of COURSE i would catch whatever trendy flu was going round. *eyeroll* stupid weak constitution *sulks* took me 3 days to get rid of the fevers, and i was finally well enough today to get some solid straight -minutes- of 'work' done.
but i feel so great now! and i'm so looking forward to going back to polymer clay and some 1:12 requests....better yet, it's not sweets related so it'd be a great chance to dive into something new and different YAY YAY!~
i've been meaning to write, and i actually did write a whole lengthy entry about the emotional rollercoaster i'd been on pre-post TDA, thank goodness a wishy washy internet connection interrupted it and now all i'm left with is a fond but fading memory of it all. i suppose some things are better left unsaid. pity my memory isn't what it used to be. too much abuse on da brain. i miss my near-photographic memory back when i was much much younger! or at least i think i remember that i had a near-photographic memory. hrmmmmmmMMMMMMM
yea. been feeling my age of late, and it's nowhere even close to my birthday. wonder why.
phuuuuuuuuu~~~~
so ok ya now i remember what i wanted to ask you all...what kind of lamp/lighting do you use for your art/craft work? i've been wanting this for the longest time, i wonder if it's worth dropping SGD$280++ on it just cos i love the shape and the dimmer/switch mechanism (it's touch sensitive!!!)

On a side note, I sent the link to your blog to Cynthia Tinapple of Polymer Clay Daily. I'm hoping we'll see some of your mini food on her blog. She emailed me back and said yours is some of the most realistic mini food she's seen, and she's seen a lot of polymer art!
